It was claimed that a toddler can not be held responsible for lying because he or she in not capable of understanding right from wrong at such a young age. It was mentioned that the human brain does not fully develop until about age 13. What was not told was the details of the research. This comes to us from the same psychologists who hold to behaviorism. You may remember the famous Pavlov’s dog experiment. These scientists believe that humans are nothing more than stimulus response machines, which is a metaphysical and religious claim. This is an atheist worldview.
